Bring it Home place order policy
Due to the nature of our business and the process of submitting orders on our website Bring it Home is not responsible for user input errors and cannot guarantee accuracy of orders. If you give us inaccurate information in your order, it is likely that you will not get what you were expecting. We will however do our best to correct any discrepancies found in orders that have been submitted through our website before the scheduled trip. We advise customers to double check orders to avoid any input errors.

All orders and payments need to be received 6pm the Wednesday before the scheduled trip. To avoid missing out please places order well in advanced of the advertised Next Ikea Trip. Bring it Home cannot guarantee orders will be processed, if orders and payments have not been received 6pm the Wednesday before the scheduled trip

Due to the space we have on the truck, we are currently limited on the amount of orders we can process each month. If you receive an invoice, you have been included on the scheduled advertised trip when the order was placed.  If you do not receive an invoice before the scheduled trip, you will contacted and your order will be processed for the next scheduled trip. Acceptance of orders for advertised trips may close at anytime, so please do make sure orders are received as early as possible.

Bring it Home delivery policy
All products will be dropped at the entry of your delivery address. If you require Bring it Home staff to take the items into your home or business, this is at your discretion. Bring it Home takes no liability for any damage that may occur in your home or business.

If on the scheduled delivery day you are not at home to accept your purchased items Bring it Home will store your items. A storage fee will apply.

If Bring it Home needs to organise redelivery of the items outside the scheduled delivery date, there will be a redelivery charge for this service. The redelivery fee will be calculated on a case by case basis depending on the size and quantity of item(s).

Bring it Home out-of-stock and refund policy
Bring it Home is not responsible for checking and monitoring stock levels at Ikea for items ordered through our website. We advise customers to use the “check stock” facility on the Ikea website online or contact Ikea on (02) 80020400 to validate stock levels. Stock levels cannot be guaranteed on the day of the trip even if item(s) were in stock when the order was placed. 

If any product ordered through Bring it Home is out of stock, we can either:

  • seek to pick-up the out of stock merchandise on our next scheduled trip to Ikea for your second attempt, or
  • issue a full refund  via direct deposit into your account for the cost of the item/s, plus 20% of the service fee (inc gst), minus the minimum service fee of $99(ex gst).
  • If the item is still out of stock after the second attempt a full refund of the remaing item will be orgainised, plus 20% of the service fee (inc gst) minus the minimum service fee of $99(ex gst). A new order will need to be placed if you wish Bring it Home to seek the item again.

Bring it Home return policy
All sales are final and non-refundable. In the event that any product you have received from Bring it Home is damaged or found to have latent manufacturing defects, we will gladly return the item(s) if emailed within 14 days of the delivery and replace the damaged piece(s) for new ones. Subject to Ikea’s returns and refunds policy.

If only one or a few pieces within a package are damaged, please only return the pieces that need replacement, not the entire product.

You must email Bring it Home within 14 days of delivery in order to receive this service free of charge. If you have not emailed Bring it Home within the 14 days a delivery fee will apply. The delivery fee will be calculated on a case by case basis depending on the size and quantity of item(s).

All damaged items are to be dropped off to Bring it Home. If in any case you require Bring it Home to come out and pickup the damaged item a minmum charge of $50 will apply.

Upon receipt of the damaged items(s) Bring it Home will replace the damaged or defective product on their next scheduled trip to Ikea. Subject to Ikea’s returns and refunds policy. 

If for any reason the damaged or defective piece(s) is/are not available at Ikea, Bring it Home will contact you to discuss further options. 

Bring it Home presently averages one trip a month to Ikea and will be unable to replace any damaged or defective product(s) until the next scheduled delivery date.

Bring it Home Change order policy

Change your order before the first attempt - No Fee

If you wish to change your order once it has been placed you can easily do so by emailing us at admin@bringithome.com.au. We will then make the changes and send you a new invoice. Any adjustments to payments must be made before the scheduled delivery date. To ensure your order is changed in time and you receive the goods you want Bring it Home must be notified of any changes at least 5 days before the scheduled delivery date, any changes received after this date may not be processed.

Change your order before the second attempt - $25(exgst) Fee

If you wish to add any items to your existing order after the first attempt, there will be a processing fee of $25 . Any order cancellations or removal of any items from the order does not incur a processing fee. Please do supply the product description, article number, colour, qty and price when emailing the details of the new items through. Any adjustments to total must be paid before the next scheduled delivery date.To ensure your order is changed in time and you receive the goods you want Bring it Home must be notified of any changes at least 5 days before the scheduled delivery date, any changes received after this date may not be processed.
