How to locate the product number
How do I find Ikea’s product article numbers for the items I want?
"Always double check the article number matches up with the correct colour". We have found customers entering the wrong article number, but the correct colour so its always good to check when the invoice comes through.
1. Visit Ikea’s website www.ikea.com/au/en/
2. Proceed to the product page of the item you want.
3. Choose the colour and size of the item you desire.
4. Scroll down and underneath the “product measurement and weight” to view the article numbers required for this item.
5. Take note of the article number(s) displayed for your product to enter on our online form
CHECK STOCK
To find the location of the item, select " homebush bay drive" and then click on the 'Check Stock' button located on the right. Then select "View Stock Prognosis" for the Aisle and Location number for the product. If there is no aisle or location number just leave this field blank on the online order form.
NEW ORDERING FEATURE: The Ikea Shopping list
We recommend you use the "SHOPPING LIST" feature on the website to put together a wishlist of items your want to purchase. This way you can view the items you ordering, colour, price, find the locations and save the list for future use. Easy and great to use! We have provided a quick guide to use the feature online before placing an order with us.
1. Browse to the item and once the picture is correct ie: colour, click "save to list" (located under item colour). Repeat these steps for each item.
2. Once you have added all your items to the list click on "shopping list” (located top right of the ikea webpage). This should show you all your items and allow you to make any changes.
3. When ready and satisfied with your list click on print or email button, select "Home Bush Bay drive" from the drop down and then select the option for “Position in self service area” and hit print or email.
4. A list will be displayed showing the item, the colour, article number/s for the product, the total price etc. and provide you with all the information needed to place an online order with Bring it Home.
Insert the appropriate product description, article number(s), colour, quantity and price into your order form on our site. Some items may require multiple pieces to create the furniture you desire; be sure to add the correct quantity needed to ensure we pick up what is needed. What happens if I type in the wrong order details?
Bring it Home is not responsible for user input errors and cannot guarantee accuracy of orders that contain errors. If you provide us with inaccurate information, it is likely that you will not get what you were expecting. We regularly monitor any discrepancies found in orders that have been submitted through our website.
